Laragai House kitchen staff get training in vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free meal options

The kitchen team at Laragai House have been very busy over the last couple of weeks with assistant manager Chiara Parazzi helping to update their skills when it comes to cooking vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free meal options.

The kitchen staff at Laragai House are equip to deal with any number of food requests or allergies and so it was great to have Chiara in the kitchen to provide new and updated ideas to bring their menus to life.

Delicious recipes that have proven a hit include chocolate mousse with white chocolate shards and raspberries, gluten-free chocolate almond cake with homemade vegan coconut ice cream and freshly picked berries from Bimbi’s garden next door! Delicious!
